Country Mountain Inn Frequently Asked Questions

When is check-in / check-out?

You may check-in between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Sundays through Thursdays and between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Can I check-in earlier than 3:00 pm?

We will try to accommodate this, but it may not always be possible. It depends on how many people have requested a late check-out after 11:00 am from the night before and how many rooms the housekeepers must clean before guests start arriving at 3:00 pm. Please call us at (479) 253-7120 the day of your check-in and we can tell you then if we are able to accommodate an early check-in request.

I won't arrive until after the office closes...

If you can't make it in until after our office closes, we can make special arrangements to get you your room key. You will need to call us at (479) 253-7120 to get after hours check-in instructions. If you do not call the office and we are unable to contact you before we close on the day of your check-in, your reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW and be cancelled.

How far are you from the Great Passion Play?

We are just over a mile from the Great Passion Play. Take a left out of the hotel and the first right on Passion Play road. You will drive straight into the Great Passion Play parking lot.

How far are you from downtown Eureka Springs?

We are the first motel after you enter Eureka Springs from the northeast driving west on US-62. Under 3 miles puts you most places in Eureka Springs including downtown.

Is there a trolley stop close by?

Country Mountain Inn is located on trolley stop 30 of the Blue Line. The trolley usually takes around 30 minutes to complete the route and return.

Is Country Mountain Inn pet friendly?

Sorry, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) and vaping is not allowed inside any rooms. If anyone smokes or vapes inside a room, we put the room through additional deep cleaning after check-out and there is a cleaning fee charged. There are smoking areas located outside around the property.

Do you serve a breakfast?

We do not serve a breakfast. We do serve coffee in our hospitality room starting at 7:30 am every morning.

Do you have a refrigerator/microwave in the room?

Every room is equiped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a clock with USB ports. We do not have microwaves in the room, but there are two common area microwaves for you to use. One in the hospitality room and another near the ice machine.

Is your swimming pool open?

The swimming pool is an eight foot deep outdoor pool that is open by Memorial Day in May until just after Labor Day in September. The pool does close every day at dusk.

Are there restaurants close by?

I'm pulling a trailer. Do you have parking for it?

We can accommodate even large trailers. We do ask you check with us so we can direct you to the best spot to park.

Does Country Mountain Inn close for part of the year?

Yes, Country Mountain Inn does close down for the winter season. We close in December and open up again in March.
